Tullan Strand

Tullan picks up the smallest swell and has plenty of power for a beach break. The best peak is by the southern cliff, a left with a short right back towards the rocks. It works on most tides but closes out in big winter swells. Shortboards suit the cliff peak, longboards the softer banks further north. The rip along the cliff is fast and there are no lifeguards, so beginners should come with an instructor.
