Mostly beach break over sand, facing north-west, with a reef at the top of the bay for punchy rights and another for hollow lefts when there’s enough water. In summer it suits all levels, on anything from a longboard to a shortboard. In winter it gets big and unruly, and cross-shore winds set up a strong drift. Offshore in a south-easterly.
